These Chocolate Protein Muffins are a delicious and healthy treat that combines the rich flavor of chocolate with the nutritional benefits of Just Move Supplements' protein powder. Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oat flour (or ground oats)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (Just Move Supplements Chocolate Protein)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly spray it with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
