Here's a delicious recipe for a protein-packed chocolate Frosty dessert shake using Just Move Supplements Chocolate Cake protein and a plant-based milk of your choice:

Ingredients:

- 1 scoop of Just Move Supplements Chocolate Cake protein powder

- 1 cup of plant-based milk (almond milk, soy milk, oat milk, etc.)

- 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder (optional, for extra chocolate flavor)

- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

- Ice cubes (as desired)

Instructions:

1. In a blender, add one scoop of Just Move Supplements Chocolate Cake protein powder.

2. Pour in one cup of plant-based milk of your choice.

3. Add the unsweetened cocoa powder if desired, for an extra chocolatey taste.

4. Add the vanilla extract and any preferred sweetener to taste. Remember, the protein powder already has sweetness, so adjust accordingly.

5. Toss in a handful of ice cubes to make the shake cold and frosty.

6. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy.

7. Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more sweetener, milk, or ice cubes as desired.

8. Once satisfied with the flavor and consistency, pour the shake into a glass and enjoy!

This protein shake is a healthier alternative to a classic Wendy's Frosty, with the added benefits of protein and fewer calories. It can serve as a delicious post-workout recovery drink or a guilt-free treat. Remember to consult with a healthcare professional or nutritionist if you have any specific dietary needs or concerns.
