This was a HIT in our home for breakfast! Our 3 little girls absolutely LOVED this recipe.

Sweet potato pie protein French toast for the WIN!! I think our 2 year old has about 8 pieces and she doesnā€™t like anything šŸ˜‚ Our protein is delicious and nutritious even for the pickiest eaters. (Literally had to make more)

It was even delicious on the gluten free bread for our 5 year old!

Ingredients:

- 4 slices of vegan bread

- 1/2 cup of vegan egg replacement (such as "Just Egg")

- 1/3 cup of oat milk caramel creamer (or any non-dairy milk of your choice)

- 1 scoop of Just Move Supplements Sweet Potato Pie Protein powder

- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice

- Pinch of Himalayan pink salt

- Coconut oil or cooking spray, for greasing the pan

- Maple syrup, fruit, or other toppings of your choice (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
