This my favorite flavor so far. I like that it's just enough push that I don't feel jittery, if I do the next time I don't use as much in the scoop and I still get focus and energy I need. It's better that coffee. The best part for me is the creatine in it doesn't cause me to itch like other energy/pre workout supplements did...
