I absolutely love Just Creatine! It just that just creatine, no fillers or additives. Unlike other creatines i can't taste it when I mix it into my protein shakes or have it with plain water. I use it for my daily maintenance and have no issues drinking it everyday. Adding Just Creatine into my daily activity was a great choice for me.

I love putting this in my tea or coffee and also my sparkling waters. It really helps with my muscle aches Ive noticed Im not as stiff. Since taking this Ive had more energy and less brain fog throughout the day.

so far i am loving the fact that it is flavorless and can add it to anything. i feel like i am recovering faster from workouts but i am still new to the product so will see as time goes by.
